Jessica Bochert is a family law paralegal with more than four years of legal experience assisting attorneys and clients in family law matters. At Best Interest Family Law Firm, she supports all phases of case preparation, including drafting pleadings, organizing financial disclosures, coordinating discovery, managing deadlines, and preparing for mediation and hearings.

Jessica earned her B.A. in Economics, with a Minor in Business Administration, from Colorado State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Her academic and professional background in economics, business, and financial administration is especially valuable in family law cases involving sworn financial statements, financial disclosures, and detailed document review. She is skilled in helping clients prepare organized, accurate financial information and in identifying inconsistencies that may require further attention.
Before focusing primarily on family law, Jessica also gained experience in criminal defense matters, including drafting motions and subpoenas, coordinating records, and managing discovery. That background gives her added perspective in cases where family law issues overlap with domestic violence allegations or protection order proceedings.

Jessica is known for her diligence, attention to detail, and clear communication. She works to keep cases organized and to help clients understand the legal process in straightforward, practical terms.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys baking, trying new recipes, and making desserts for family and friends.
