Jessica went above and beyond. She was very meticulous with everything that needed to be sorted through and organized with a very large amount of information. He helped me with my post-divorce, relocation case. Before I hired him I was pro-se (representing myself) and my ex and I had hired a child family investigator (CFI), who turned out to be terrible. My ex lied (a lot) to the CFI and provided no best interest factor evidence. The CFI ate it up and ignored all of my best interest evidence that I had submitted to her. Her report provided no analysis and concluded that my daughter should stay in Colorado with my ex, with very little parenting time with me. I hired Samer Bandek right away, we got an excellent new CFI to do a work product review, interrogatories and more and went to court. The judge granted my motion to relocate and awarded be 80% parenting time. I have so much to say about this firm, but I’ll keep it as concise as possible.
